Who we are
Digilistan is a digital agency founded by Muzammil Ali, with its team base in Lahore, Pakistan and a listed head office in Manchester, United Kingdom. We are a verified Meta Tech Provider and a Meta Business Verified agency, and a Hostinger Agency Partner. Our work covers web and app development, AI automation and WhatsApp solutions for small and growing businesses.
Before this platform, we built WhatsApp automation by hand for individual clients, including AI Munshi, a Roman Urdu WhatsApp ledger assistant that keeps a small shop's credit book (udhaar) from plain chat messages. This platform is that experience, turned into a product any business can switch on in about a minute.
Why we built it
- Businesses live on WhatsApp, especially in Pakistan — but one phone and one pair of hands does not scale. Teams need a shared inbox without giving up the app.
- Most platforms force a migration: move your number off the app, or lose your history. Coexistence removes that trade-off, so we built coexistence-first.
- Pricing should be plain: a platform fee in rupees, and Meta's conversation charges passed through at Meta's own rates with zero markup, shown separately. No bill surprises.
How we are different
| Typical platforms | Digilistan WhatsApp Platform |
|---|---|
| Number must migrate off the WhatsApp Business app | Coexistence by default: app and platform together, chats in sync |
| Prices in dollars, charges bundled and hard to audit | Prices in PKR; Meta charges separate, at cost, zero markup |
| Generic global templates and bots | Roman Urdu bot packs and templates made for Pakistani businesses |
| Software only, ticket-based support | Software plus an agency team that helps with setup and template approvals |
| Built for large enterprises first | Built for shops, clinics, services and online sellers first; Pakistan first, worldwide ready |
The product
The platform runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Businesses connect their existing number by scanning a QR code through Meta's Embedded Signup, then work from a shared team inbox with contacts, approved templates, broadcast campaigns with per-recipient results, and a keyword chatbot — while the WhatsApp Business app keeps working as always.
