Relationship with Meta and WhatsApp
Digilistan is a verified Meta Tech Provider. This platform is an independent product built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. It is not a product of Meta or WhatsApp, and Meta does not endorse individual providers' marketing claims. "WhatsApp" and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Your account standing is yours
Connecting a number does not guarantee that Meta will keep it unrestricted. WhatsApp enforces its own policies on every business account: messaging limits, quality ratings, template approvals and bans are decided by Meta alone, based on the business's own behaviour and its customers' feedback. We explain the rules on our WhatsApp Rules page and build the platform to help you follow them, but we cannot override Meta's decisions, restore banned numbers, or guarantee template approvals.
Charges
Platform prices shown on this site are Digilistan's subscription fees. WhatsApp conversation charges are set by Meta, vary by country and conversation category, and are billed by Meta to your own payment method. Meta can change its rates; the rates that apply are always Meta's current published rates, not the examples on this site.
No promise of results
Examples of how businesses use the platform describe the tool's capabilities. They are not a promise of sales, replies or any particular business outcome, which depends on your products, your audience and how you message them.
Service availability
The platform depends on Meta's services and on internet infrastructure. Outages or changes on Meta's side can interrupt messaging even when our own systems are healthy, and some coexistence features have limits set by WhatsApp (for example, group chats and broadcast lists are managed in the app, not through the API).
